  • Maggie Barber MA, MFT

    Founder & CEO

    Maggie received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Through both personal and professional experiences, she found a passion for working with Family Systems. The framework through which she practices is focused on treating the dynamics of the system that contribute to the behaviors of the individual. She is passionate about helping families and individuals heal.

    Maggie utilizes the following modalities in her coaching approach: family systems, attachment, somatic and DBT and ERP.

  • Kiki Alvarez

    Integrated Care Coach

    Kiki has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Through both personal and professional experience, she developed a passion for helping individuals build self-trust, strengthen connection, and heal their relationship with food, body, and self.

    Kiki’s coaching approach is warm, relational, and non-hierarchical. She creates judgment-free spaces rooted in attunement, honesty, harm reduction, and the belief that shame has no place in healing.

    Kiki utilizes the following modalities in her coaching approach: harm reduction, attachment theory, relational coaching, experiential coaching, and eating disorder recovery support.
