We work to coordinate care to all treatment providers as well as with the family. Our coaches practice through the lens of implementing DBT, somatic, and family systems interventions. Our job is to create a system of loving accountability to help the client with their behavior. Family coaching piece is extremely important to what we do, because with any client that is in treatment or in therapy or seeing a psychiatrist, we know the client lives within a system, not in a silo. In order to heal the client the system has to be healed as well. We believe that the treatment team and clinicians involved are the holders of the treatment plan, and that is the system we collaborate within.
